1. What data we collect
We store your account email and the content you add to the app: apiaries, hives, inspections, tasks, notes, treatments, expenses, harvest statistics, and optional GPS coordinates.
This policy explains how HiveDispatch processes and protects your data when you use the beekeeper journal features.
We store your account email and the content you add to the app: apiaries, hives, inspections, tasks, notes, treatments, expenses, harvest statistics, and optional GPS coordinates.
If you use voice input, audio recordings are uploaded for processing to generate structured notes and confirmations. Processed results are saved in your account to help you manage your apiary.
Your data is used only to provide core app functions: sync between devices, task planning, inspection history, and analytics of hive and apiary activity.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to run the service (for example, secure database/storage and audio processing) or when required by law.
We apply standard security measures, including authenticated access and encrypted data transfer. No system is 100% risk-free, but we continuously improve protection.
Your records are kept while your account is active. You can edit or delete entries in the app. When you request account deletion, related personal data is deleted or anonymized according to technical and legal requirements.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data and ask privacy-related questions by emailing kiyanichenko@ukr.net.
